Yes, cross-border travel is possible with prior arrangement. We require:

• Cross-border fee: Varies by destination country
• Insurance extension: For international coverage

Popular cross-border destinations include South Africa, Botswana, and Zambia. Some vehicle types may have restrictions.

We operate on a "full-to-full" fuel policy:

• Vehicle pickup: Provided with a full tank of fuel
• Vehicle return: Should be returned with a full tank
• Fuel charges: If returned without full tank, refueling service fee applies plus fuel cost
• Fuel type: Specific fuel requirements for each vehicle are clearly indicated

We recommend keeping fuel receipts as proof of refueling before return.

Yes, we have the following age requirements:

• Minimum age: 21 years for most vehicles
• Young driver surcharge: Applies to drivers aged 21-25
• Maximum age: No upper limit with valid medical certificate

All drivers regardless of age must present valid documentation and meet our driving experience requirements.

Rules of the roads:

• Drivers must drive on the left-hand side of the road.
• All road signs must be strictly observed.
• When driving in a dusty condition, your lights must be on.
• Drive with care when driving within a village or town.
• Drivers must have a valid driver's license, insurance document and registered documents at all times.
• If you encounter a roadblock, make sure you obey any signals or instructions from the police officers on duty
